Impact: Our services were completely unresponsive for approximately 8 minutes. After restoration, users experienced a further 1 hour and 20 minutes of intermittent instability before full stability was restored.
Investigation: The outage was traced to an issue within our service infrastructure that temporarily prevented requests from being processed. Recovery actions restored core availability quickly, but some components continued to show degraded performance until stabilisation was complete.
Resolution: Normal service was restored after system performance returned to baseline levels after removing a bottle-necked piece of Infrastructure from our stack.
