Impact:
Between 2:02 pm and 2:30 pm, some users experienced degraded performance affecting our web socket connections. This resulted in certain actions taking abnormally long to save, or in some cases returning an error.

Data Integrity:
Even when an error occurred, no user data is believed to have been lost.

Resolution:
The underlying issue has been identified. A new infrastructure is currently being provisioned to mitigate this risk and improve stability for the future.

Current Status:
The service is now fully operational.
